In Julia’s Kitchen with Master Chefs is the book rendition of the popular Julia PBS special wherein Julia, over time, invited twenty-six chefs into her own home to cook, chat and invariably laugh. They were at Julia Child’s house after all. Many of the very best chef’s in America (Charlie Trotter for example) were invited to partake in this wonderful experience in Julia’s kitchen , and this book pays fitting homage to both the guests and Julia’s prowess in the kitchen. Juiia cooking Some of the recipes on the show were quite advanced (read complicated!), or as Julia would say in her ever-positive way, "for those who love to cook". The book goes to great lengths to maintain the integrity of the recipes, while eliminating much of the excutiating advanced details. The result is one of the best Julia Child cookbooks and a fine addition to anyone’s Julia cooking collection, with the added bonus of providing interesting information on the guest chefs.
