Julia Child and Company is a favorite of many because of its down to earth approach, including how to deal with leftovers. It provided step-by-step photographs long before most other cookbooks. It is difficult to come by these days, usually available as a used book. However, with the resergence in interest in all things Julia Child, her publishers surely must be considering a re-release.
